Cancellation & Refund Policy

At our institution, we are committed to ensuring that every student has a positive and rewarding learning experience. We recognize that circumstances may change, requiring students to reconsider their enrolment. To support this, we have established a transparent refund policy that includes a 7-day cooling-off period. Please review the details below for a clear understanding of the process and conditions.

1. Cooling-off period

  • Students are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period from the date of enrolment (payment of the full fee or first instalment).
  • During this period, students may cancel their enrolment and request a full refund of fees paid, no questions asked.

2. How to Cancel / Request Refund

  • To initiate a cancellation or refund request, students must send an email to info@uptop.in within the withdrawal period.
  • The request date will be considered as the date on which the email is received.

3. Review and Approval

  • Requests submitted within the withdrawal period will be reviewed by the institute.
  • Approval will be based on the reasons cited for withdrawal and any solutions that may be offered.

4. Refund Processing

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed in accordance with UpTop Careers' payment policies.
  • Refunds may take 15–20 business days to reflect, depending on the payment gateway and bank processes.
  • Refunds will be issued through the same payment mode used at the time of enrolment (e.g., UPI, credit card, net banking).

5. Important Considerations

  1. Non-Transferable Enrolment: Enrolments cannot be transferred to other individuals, programs, or batches.
  2. Post-Withdrawal Period: After the 7-day withdrawal period, no cancellations or refunds will be permitted, regardless of whether the program has started.
  3. Upgrades: If a student chooses to upgrade to another program and fees are adjusted accordingly, they will not be eligible for a refund or withdrawal, as upgrades are made solely at the student's discretion.
  4. Policy Revisions: UpTop Careers reserves the right to revise or update this policy at its discretion.
